About the Setup
This five monitor computer setup looks more like a command center than a home office, which four 20″ monitors and a 24″ centerpiece. The setup also features a workstation that uses the always beautiful Thermaltake Level 10 tower.

About the Setup

This project started with a Logitech G15 keyboard, which modder Jack Click customized to include a unique paint job and his online gaming handle “Hurts Don’t It”, illuminating it with three LEDs. Lacking an appropriate desk to use with the keyboard, Jack also took it upon himself to create a custom desk.

The keyboard was taken apart and sanded down with a red 3M abrasive pad. The logo was stenciled in and carefully grinded away using a dremel. It was then painted with a basecoat of silver followed by air brush work. The LEDs were added to the LED assembly that already exists within the keyboard with some soldering.

The desk is made from stratch, cutting the main design out of aluminum with a plasma cutter. Built into the desk is a Belkin 4 port USB hub. The desk was painted with the same candy blue tone as the keyboard using Krylon anodized X-Metals paint. The desk is surfaced with plexiglass from Home Depot. The desk is decorated with .50 calibur bullets from a local shooting range.

About the Setup
For a multitasker bent on maximum productivity, this setup is a dream come true with three systems and five displays. Its owner primarily uses it for designing race cars, advertising campaigns and race suits for the Australian GT, Porsche Cup, V8 Supercars, Aussie Touring Cars, etc. He also runs an online performance car enthusiast forum.

About the Setup
What’s better than one Ikea computer desks? Two Ikea Jerker desks, pushed together and setup to be the ultimate hobbyist’s workplace. On the right side is the computer setup and on the left side is a workbench for tinkering with electronics.

The computer is on the top shelf of the right desk and is an HTPC with 2.5Ghz AMD 4850e, 2GB RAM, and a Blu-ray player. The main display is a 24″ HP w2408h and mounted on the desk to the right side is a second 15″ Elo Touchscreen display. The shelves include a 1.5TB MyBook HDD, a Harman Kardon AVR 210 Audio/Video receiver, Sennheiser HD-280 Headphones, and Cambridge Soundworks speakers.

The left side of the desk includes a 2GHz Dell Inspiron 700m, Fluke 115 Multimeter, 6EXA RC plane radio, 2235 Tektronics 100MHz Oscilloscope, and several other tools one would need to tinker around with small electronics.

About the Setup
This setup is powered by two computer (seen below). The first is a 3.0GHz P4 with 1.5GB RAM, 3TB HDD storage and the Nvidia 6800 XT. This machine is running Windows XP. The second computer is a 2.66 GHz i7 with 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD storage (RAID 0) and the Nvidia GeForce GT 220. This computer runs Windows 7.

Some other goodies include the Mbox2 and Mackie Soundboard for recording. Also seen are M-Audio Monitor Speakers, and a Wacam Intuos 3 pen tablet. The desk itself is from Ikea.

About the Setup
The rig itself is simply a Dell Inspiron 530, however the reason this setup intrigues me comes from the clever monitor configuration. Two Samsung SyncMaster 914V monitors are turned vertical on either side of a monster ASUS VW266H 25.5″ monitor. This type of setup is great for browsing web documents and working on vertical documents in general.

The video cards running the three monitors are a EVGA GeForce 250 GTS and a EVGA Geforce 6200 PCI

About the Setup
Setting up this type of room is the dream of almost every tech and gadget enthusiast out there. A massive TV with massive speakers and a triple monitor computer setup to boot. Here in this room we see a custom built computer housed in a CMSSTACKER Case with two 19″ Dell Monitors and a 24″ Dell Monitor.

Accompanying the main computer setup is a Logitech 5.1 Speaker System, 15.4″ MacBook Pro, DeNovo Keyboard and Logitech Illuminated Keyboard, and a Razor Mamba Mouse. The desk itself is custom built to fit the dimensions of the room and the needs of the computer.

The television and media center setup contains some impressive hardware as well. The television is a 52″ Samsung TV with Technics speakers and sub, Polk Audio Rears, Klipsch Center, a Yamaha Receiver, equalizer, and XBOX 360.
