I bought an off- lease Dell Precision T3400 for $300 from my college computer store and started to put this configuration together. I upgraded the graphics card and power supply right off the bat, and was lucky enough after searching Toronto’s Chinatown (Kensington Market Area) to find the two identical Acer 23”H233H displays for $120 and $130 refurbished at two neighbouring stores.
I built a custom stand from three IKEA shelves and a 2x4, so that the three main displays could fit on the desk.
I have this PC, as well as all the rooms electronics hooked up to my 500Watt Sony surround sound system, so music, games and movies always sound great.
This computer is used for school, research, light trading, music, gaming, movies.
