Hey all.
Decided to build a desk. I was tired of buying desks that were never fit for my needs. Its still unfinished as it needs a coat of paint and also a 3 monitor bracket attached.
I used.
6x sheets of MDF
1x Sheet of glass
Downlighter cutter
vandalproof switch for power button
Blue LED toggle switch for extra fan control
Perspex sheet for front windows.
L shape brackets
RGB LED lighting kit.
As you can see from pictures I have built my PC into the desk.
Airflow is fantastic and my 5970 2GB OC is 37 degree idle which is great for this dual crossfire card. I am also running an intel 3570k overclocked to 4.5Ghz which sits at 23 degree idle and never passes 30. I have a secondary Motherboard incased too which I have not wired up yet. The leds are controlled with remote control and my 5 sata drives are under boards in a tray.

I cut my MAC G3 to pieces and build new case,dimensions of the new case without plastic parts are
445mm length, 485mm height and 185mm width .

table with backlight by tape of RGB LEDs, to create a work environment neutral, gray walls, details in black, and the vivid colors are due to the LEDs, which can be changed by remote control.

On the table I have artificial grass, Ipad Mini, home theater philips cts4000 (Dock, DVD, 3D Sound), one Imac early 2008 with 6gb Ram, removed the DVD and instead, inserted a SSD Agility Vertex 3 from OCZ, apple wireless keyboard and magic mouse. Adjacent to the imac LG IPS monitor (IPS236V) and ending, a Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch.

At my desk I have an eyefinity setup running from two 7970\'s in crossfire. A Genius GX Imperator gaming keyboard, and a Genius GX Maurus gaming mouse, and my girlfriends bird. Need to really upgrade my case, but haven\'t been bothered. Next to my LG LCD I have an i7 Acer Aspire, a PS3 Ultra slim and a little Acer One laptop. A little further across is my bed and a Lenovo s10e.
