Spotless And Ultra-Minimalist iMac Setup

About the Setup Most of the setups we feature on Desktopped have numerous separate computers, monitors and other components to the point where it’s almost overwhelming. Every so often we like to feature a home office that has the advantage of minimalism, offering a wireless, clutter-free place to be productive. Here is such a setup.

Setup Specs - 27″ iMac with Intel Core i7 Quad
- 8GB RAM
- iPad
- Macbook Pro
- BookArc Stand by Twelve South
- 2x External HDDs (one used for raw photos/video storage, the other used for Time Machine backups)
- Apple Wireless Keyboard
- Apple Magic Mouse

  • Looks nice, but am I the only one that finds this a little underwhelming? As in, there’s nothing particularly impressive about this setup…

  • No it’s not just you James — This setup is nothing special, and have you guys even looked at the wall behind it? Does he use it as a notepad or something? SMH.

    • +1. Reminds me of my college room. Nothing but monitor + keyboard :)
