About the Setup

Enjoy some driving at 7680x1600

Starting back in early 2008 as an AMD 3800 X2 system, this project has grown with over 100 hours of work into a monstrous three monitor Eyefinity setup boasting some impressive specs and a jaw-dropping 7680×1600 pixels of screen resolution.

This ongoing project is the hobby of a humble father of two, known as Frraksurred on the hardforum and the team-wwa websites, who works hard at his blue collar job to take care of his kids and help fund his hobby of maintaining this performance home setup.

  • That setup took me nearly two years and 100+ hours of over-time to build, lol. My thanks for honoring it with your article!

  • great system man, enjoy it!

  • Too cool!

  • I am about to go cry now! Way Cool!

  • Thanks all, much appreciated. It has been both a blast and a headache to build, lol. The next step is house where I can build a dedicated room with a false wall for the equipment, in-wall wiring, wall mounted monitors and surrounds and a new desk. Perhaps water cooling to tame the temps of three graphics cards and OC’ing.

  • LOL!! Mike you go man that system definatly is amazing!

  • The family that games together stays together! Way cool bro – job well done.

  • Nice Setup. Where did you get that desk??

  • you rock men :D
