The Ultimate Man-Corner: Computer Rig and Media Center

About the Setup When you’re living in a one bedroom apartment with your girlfriend it’s always a good idea to lay claim to some space where you can set up all your toys. What we have here is a great example of a man-corner.

The television is a beautiful LG 42PQ30 TV with an HK 3490 receiver. No man corner would be complete without some sort of gaming console; in this case a PS3.

The computer setup doubles as a music recording studio. The speakers mounted on swiveling aluminum bars are KRK RP6 with a KRK 10s subwoofer. The keyboard is a Studiologic SL990XP 88 key MIDI keyboard with an MAudio sustain pedal. The guitars are a Godin Kingpin, an Epiphone Les Paul, a Martin DM and a classical guitar from Paracho, Mexico.

The computer setup’s specs are listed below. It uses a Logitech G15 and Logitech G9. LED ropes in the back provide nice ambient lighting. The desk is custom made by Boston Wood.
