The nice thing about having a computer built into your desk drawer is that when it comes time to upgrade, all you have to do is slide out the drawer and you're good to go. Today's featured computer is a desk mod that does just that, and has some very nice hardware to boot. Be sure to check out the full work log.

About the Mod This computer has been built inside of a desk drawer. The desk has been slightly modded to allow for ventilation along with a window installed on the desktop. Inside you’ll find a fairly powerful machine with an Intel Core2 Q9550 @ 3.80GHz at the heart of it. Some other components include 4GB (2x2GB) RAM, XFX GeForce 8800GT 512 MB and Inno3D 8800GT 512MB graphics cards, 1.25 TB storage on two WD hard drives
, an Asus 22″ 1920×1080 monitor, 5x120mm Xigmatek XLF fans, all running on Windows 7 64-bit and water-cooled.
